Threadhopping: With permission of all parties involved, sure.
Fourthwalling: With prior OOC discussion.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): As a player, I don't have triggers, but I can be sensitive OOCly to suicide/self harm, transphobia, domestic abuse, rape/sexual violence, and animal abuse. I will play threads wherein these things come up IC but content warnings are helpful as a heads up. I will content warn for these kinds of things in my own responses, as well.

Hugging this character: Yes, but she is somewhat prickly, so her response may not be a warm embrace in return.
Kissing this character: Same as above. Strongly recommend not kissing her romantically without asking first, she will bite.
Flirting with this character: Sure! She's pretty inexperienced romantically, so expect awkwardness.
Fighting with this character: Any time.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): By all means! She's kind of a glass cannon.
Killing this character: Discuss first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: You better be very stealthy, because if you haven't asked first and she notices, she will be Big Mad. However, I'm fine with it as a player, just let me know what you're looking for and I'll tell you what you're picking up.

While Courtney is from a YA series, there are some very dark themes involved in her canon, including loss and grief, suicidal ideation, social and emotional isolation, and parental neglect.
